The terrace of Pinguin Restaurant, in  Mamaia resort, is located on the shore of the Siutghiol Lake, next to the Riviera Hotel.
The terrace has a capacity of approximately 100 seats, facing the lake. Sunsets are an unforgettable and a unique spectacle each evening.
Placed on a promontory, the terrace gives you the feeling of being on a ship's deck, with a view towards the north and towards the south. During night-time you can admire the city lights of the cities Constanța, Ovidiu and Năvodari and the lights of the shuttle boats which transit the Ovidiu Island.
During daytime you can admire the sailboats, used for yachting classes on the lake.

The menu is composed mainly from fish, with seafood entrees. The most famous dish, appreciated by both Romanian and international tourists, is the fresh shell steamed mussels with wine sauce, garlic, tomatoes and fresh parsley. The mussels are picked daily from the Black Sea. The Pinguin Appetizer is very appreciated on the Romanian Riviera.
Those who do not like fish can enjoy various meat, vegetable or pasta dishes, because the chef is a master of culinary art.
Festive meals, wedding and Christening receptions, friendly meals and symposiums, followed by organised meals, are unforgettable moments, due to the open air atmosphere, completed by many surprises: dance, disco, entertainment program.
