The Swiss flavor as well as the unmistakable style are the two ingredients for a perfect meal. The menu changes according to the season and quality is a permanent aspect. To our delight, this month we can enjoy a wonderful Bündner – Platte, a plate with smoked meat, or deer tenderloin. For desert you can try the chocolate Fondue, the cheese palate or a Parfait with Grand Marnier brandy.
