The Unglerus Medieval Restaurant, with a capacity of around 80-100 seats, welcomes you to enjoy beautiful moments in an unforgettable setting.

Inside the restaurant, there is a wine cellar, with a capacity of 35 seats, where we invite you to taste from a wide selection of wines from the Tarnavelor region and from other renowned vineyards, as well. 

The menus, decorative objects and ambient introduce you to an authentic medieval atmosphere. We offer quality services, provided by a highly trained staff, and a wide range of dishes. Either if you wish to spend a romantic evening or you want to have a good time with your friends, the Unglerus Medieval Restaurant welcomes you in a warm ambient that will undoubtedly captivate you. The Unglerus Restaurant is part of the architectural complex of the fortified church of Biertan, an UNESCO monument since 1993.
