It has 2 floors, with a total of 11 rooms: 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and annex rooms.
At the ground floor there is a salon, which can be used for throwing parties, for dining or for dancing. The salon has a fireplace and it is equipped with a TV and DVD set. Also at the ground floor, there are a swimming pool, a sauna, a Jacuzzi and a fully equipped kitchen.
At the first floor there is a special area for playing ping pong and billiards and watching TV. There is also a bar.
All rooms have LCD TV sets and king size beds.
Outside there is a garden, a pavilion, a barbecue and a playground for children.
The villa is ideal for groups no larger than 12 people and it is located in the commune of Cristian, a quiet area, 9 Km away from Brașov, with a spectacular view upon the Bucegi Mountains. It represents an extraordinary alternative besides the tumultuous Bran Moeciu area.
