In the Chinese culture the nourishment follows a diet in perfect harmony with the nature optimizing the energy of the body and maintaining the health. The fruits, the vegetables, the meat, the fish, the seafood cooked in a certain way and according to thousands of years of tradition, combining gravies and different flavors can become important sources for producing and not consuming energy. 

The master cooks Han Yuhai and Liu Jintao are well trained in the secrets of this ancient art of cooking. The looks and the savor of the food prepared by them will make your delight and will satisfy any taste.

Tai Ji restaurant has a capacity of 148 seats placed in 3 saloons (18 seats, 12 seats and 36 seats). One of these saloons is a non smoking one. Also there is a new saloon in the attic (28 seats) and during summer we invite you on our terrace (54 seats).

The soft music and the impeccable services provided by our young but carefully recruited and trained in the spirit of the Asian hospitality staff will induce that inner harmony we need so much.
