Cioplea Vechi Restaurant is situated 2 km away from Predeal city centre, on Cioplea peak, in a quiet area which enjoys a wonderful landscape of Bucegi Mountains peaks, i.e Postavaru and Piatra Mare. 

The restaurant was totally renovated in a classic-rustic style and it has a capacity of 120 seats. In the summertime, you are invited to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the marvelous scenery that can be admired from the terrace of the restaurant (60 seats). 

Cioplea Vechi Restaurant offers its guests a rich menu of Romanian traditional dishes but also International cuisine. And, as the embers grill is a must on any authentically Romanian terrace, you will definitely find it here as well. The house speciality is represented by the delicious barbeque ribs. The oven-made steamy bread rolls contribute to the originality of the place.   As far as the dessert is concerned, the fans of traditional cottage cheese dumplings will be delighted by their freshness and savour.

We organize festive meals, baptisms, barbeque, camp fires and any other kind of private events. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant is enhanced by a live traditional performance band.
