The National Military Museum plays an important role in the knowledge of the historical traditions of the Romanian army.
Founded in 1923 by a decree signed by King Ferdinand, this institution has enjoyed over time of the benevolent attention of the royal family, who made numerous donations and the support of important personalities like Radu Rosetti, Vasile Parvan, Alexandru Tzigara-Samurcas, Nicolae Iorga etc.
The valuable heritage of the National Military Museum is illustrated by objects related to the military, but not limited exclusively to it.
The presentation that follows is an invitation to all those who share a passion for a different kind of history, that governed by the god Mars.
