The Unglerus Medieval Touristic Complex welcomes you to enjoy the atmosphere of past times, in the gorgeous archaic scenery of the Biertan village, surrounded by smooth and green hills. The village of Biertan is located within 80 Km from the city of Sibiu, in the northern part of the county, and it can be reached by following the road that emerges within 10 Km from the bifurcation on the DN 14 national road (Sibiu-Medias-Sighisoara). 

The complex is arranged in a building, dating from the 17th century, which is part of the outer defense wall of the fortified church.

The Unglerus  4*, Michael 4* and Thomas 3* Pensions are arranged in a medieval style and offer accommodation in 24 rooms (double rooms, junior suite and suites). All rooms are equipped with TV, mini-bar and own bathrooms with shower cabin or bath tub. 

The Unglerus Complex also offers its guests a restaurant, where they can enjoy traditional Romanian dishes, a playground for children, reception services round the clock, medieval shows, organ concerts and wine tastings. The conference room has a capacity of 40-50 seats and it is fully equipped. In addition to that, we offer promotional team building packages and indoor or outdoor events.
