IMPERIAL Chinese Restaurant Mamaia

Situated in Mamaia Resort, opposite “Ambasador” Hotel, Imperial Restaurant is the largest Chinese Restaurant in Romania.

Its great opening took place the very first day of the Dragon’s Year, a very important holy day to the Chinese people, an event full of joy and special dishes.

With a 250-seat capacity, the two-storey Imperial Restaurant is unique, due to its imperial standard design, hence its name. 80% was made on special order, starting with the tableware, the wallpaper, manually-painted ceiling and painters brought from China. Also, the flows in the restaurant are designed according to the Feng-Shui art and tradition.

In the kitchen, there are 4 chefs, 2 assistants and 2 coordinators who were brought directly from China. From the traditional menu, it is worth mentioning the delicious noodles in the most varied combinations of spicy meat – chicken, beef, pork, Yanhzou rice, spring rolls or pheasant or seafood soup.

Apart from the tea salon and the sublime ceremonial room, which is impressively luxurious, Imperial Restaurant also features a beautiful 100-seat terrace.
