The structure of the 5 stars rooms: 104 double rooms; 68 honeymoon suites; 3 apartments; 3 studios; 1 presidential apartment-200 sqm; 1 room for people with disabilities; 7 suites.
Included services: 24 hour day reception, morning call, luggage transportation, safe box, message delivery, newspapers, mail delivery, cultural and tourist information, internet access, ticket booking, taxi calling, parking lot.
Paid services: room-service, telephone, fax, laundry and ironing.

EUROPA Conference Center can receive up to 700 guests. Space modulation in three halls and the specific endowments fulfill the most exigent requests.

The menu of the ARO PALACE restaurants is mainly European, with Romanian influences. Altogether there are approximately 300 courses which are served in restaurants:
